Did you know there's over 54 varieties of corn we use today. Most of the crops grown are located in the Southwestern part of the United States, other than Mexico. Corn, or as many indigenous folks refer to it as Maize, it has become the main ailment in Mexico now transitioning over to the US. Types of corn or maize include sweet, dent, flour and much more.
